थाई प्रीमियर लीग 2023

The Thai League 1 22/23 season is in its final stretch. Currently, the leader is Buriram United, who have won 23 out of 30 possible matches and have accumulated 74 points. This gives them the right to compete in next year's Champions League.

In second place is Bangkok United, who have also demonstrated good results and have earned 62 points. They will get a chance to compete in the Champions League qualifiers.

Third place goes to FC Port with a result of 52 points. Like the previous two teams, they will also get a chance to compete in the Champions League qualifiers.

Fourth place belongs to Muangthong United with a result of 50 points. They do not yet have the right to participate in any European tournaments next year.

At the same time, two teams - Nongbua Pitchaya and Lampang FC - are on the brink of relegation from the league. They occupy 15th and 16th places respectively and risk being relegated.

Although the season has not yet ended, conclusions can already be drawn about leaders and outsiders of this tournament. Buriram United has demonstrated their strength and confidence in every match, allowing them to top the table. Meanwhile, Nongbua Pitchaya and Lampang FC faced problems during the tournament and risk leaving the league.

Thai League 1 is one of Thailand's most popular football tournaments. It was founded in 1996 under the name "Division One". It currently consists of sixteen teams competing for their right to play in European club tournaments next year.

Last year's Thai League champions were Buriram United. However, this year they were unable to continue their success and are only ninth in the table.
